Basil Tree employees, friends, and family have gathered together to bake pies for Pie in the Sky for almost 30 years! The last few years BT has made 300+ (150 pecan pies and 150 apple pies) all by hand, making us the largest supplier of hand-rolled pies for the charity event. This is all to raise money for Community Servings, a local non-profit that prepares and delivers meals to critically ill, home-bound individuals and families throughout Massachusetts. Each year some of the best restaurants and bakeries in the area donate pies so that you can buy one! The proceeds from one pie will feed an ill individual for an entire week!
